Private equity owned multinational launching new business in Australia as a springboard to the Asia Pacific region.  High growth expectations in a new market.

As a new entrant to the market, the company was unknown locally and had no employer brand with which to attract the top tier talent they were seeking to employ.  In addition, they were introducing a business model into Australia that had no precedent.
